How do I resend or cancel a member invite?

Invites sit in a pending state until they're accepted. If someone lost the email or the link expired, you can resend it; if you invited the wrong person, you can cancel it.

Resend an invite

  1. Open your gym and go to Manage Members.
  2. Find the person in the pending invites list.
  3. Choose Resend Invite. They'll get a new email with a fresh link.

Cancel an invite

From the same pending list, cancel the invite. The link in their email stops working immediately, and the email address is freed up if you want to re-invite them later.

Why did an invite expire?

Invite links are valid for 14 days for security. Expired invites aren't lost — just resend and the clock restarts.
